This flagship program of the Canadian Food and Wine Institute offers training in the fine arts of food preparation and presentation, as well as modern kitchen methods. A world-class faculty and state-of-the-art facilities make for an unbeatable combination in international culinary instruction.
Graduates can expect to be employed in a wide variety of settings, including catering organizations cruise ships, hotel kitchens, institutions, restaurants, hospitals and clubs. Some graduates may also pursue related careers, such as food writing and food product development and sales.
