OVERVIEW
Events can stimulate economies, develop community awareness, increase public involvement, improve quality of life, raise funds and market products. This program will teach you how to plan, promote and run special events for the public, corporate and non-profit sectors.
As a student, you will complete more than 250 field placement hours, and as a graduate you can seek additional professional recognition from IFEA, SITE, MPI, FEO and PCMA.

REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION:
• Bachelor's Degree from any discipline OR
oOntario College Diploma (or equivalent) in a related area of study and as determined by the College including: Business and Management Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality and Tourism, Sport Management OR
oAn acceptable combination of related work experience and postsecondary education (as determined by the College) outlined in a portfolio submission
• AND Proof of English of proficiency
